Here you can obtain a license to activate Unistat Light Edition or Unistat Standard Edition. If you are an existing Unistat Standard Edition user, you can also upgrade your license to Unistat 10. Delivery is by download only. No materials are sent by post. A PDF copy of the User’s Guide is included in the package.

Notes:

1	Select the region where your credit card is registered. If the region selected here does not match the country in which your credit card is registered, the transaction will not be successful. This selection will also be used to determine whether sales tax (VAT) is chargeable.
2	If your credit card is registered in a EU country, you do not need to pay VAT.
3	For upgrades only. Please enter the serial number for your existing Unistat license. If you do not know your serial number, please contact Unistat Ltd with purchase details.
4	A single-user license for UNISTAT Light Edition costs 300 US Dollars or 200 Euros or 175 British Pounds (plus VAT). A single-user license for UNISTAT Standard Edition costs 995 US Dollars or 795 Euros or 695 British Pounds (plus VAT). Delivery is by download only. No materials are sent by post. Whether networked or not, each PC generates a different installation ID and requires a different license key. ‘Total number of licenses’ means the number of PCs on which UNISTAT can be run.
6	Price including the first user and the additional users (excluding sales tax) is displayed. For sites with 10 or more users an annual maintenance and license fee is required. This entitles the site to receive software upgrades of UNISTAT released during the term of maintenance at no additional cost.
7	VAT at 20% is compulsory for credit cards registered within the UK (if your organisation is exempt please contact Unistat Ltd). There is no VAT chargeable for credit cards registered outside the UK.
8	This field displays the total value of your order, including the sales tax (VAT), if any. Your credit card will be charged by this amount, in the currency you have selected in line 1 (also shown in brackets).
